"The pictures were a bit deceiving. The mounts that they use for the tvs are either not strong enough for the big tvs or too cheap for the big tvs. Beds aren't comfortable and the spare linens are dirty. The toilet had leftover refuse in it so it wasn't scrubbed. The couch in the room was very hard. The hallway smelt of urine and the carpets were very stained. "Let me start with they had a nice breakfast. Next their emergency door was open apparently it doesn't have an alarm and someone went and they were not aware The second problem was the door to the pool that was supposed to be locked and opened with ur room key only needed to be pushed open a young kid could get right to the pool. The pool area was really nice but it was like sitting in a sauna. The door to the maintence room and bathroom in the pool area was all rusted. Now for the room it had...
