"The highlight of this hotel, aside from it's obvious beauty and charm, is the staff. I had an issue with my room when I arrived, and they took immediate action to move me to a better suited room. Everyone I spoke to, from check in to bag holding to the gift shop, was kind, helpful, and eager to help.
Also, I bought a scarf/shawl from the gift shop that saved me on this trip during the chilly Chicago nights. It even inspired my friend to pick one up, too! I also grabbed some Garrett's popcorn...
