"The rooms were not clean as well as common areas. They do not clean the rooms but every 2 days not counting the day you check in and when they cleaned our room they didn’t do a good job. I had to go down to the front desk to get more towels and wash clothes also a new bottle of shampoo because ours was empty. "Upon checking in at the front desk it was good.but by the time we get to our room ,we had trouble getting in. The door handle was very loose and still couldn't get into our room. We had to back to front desk to let her know that we had a problem with the room jey and door handle.She suggested to pull in the door harder then tap the key to get in. Well we've tried it a few times and still couldn't get in. Went back down stairs to adk for another room ,she said that she was all booked up .so she...
