"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was so spacious. The decor was beautiful! The bathroom was so freaking cute! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. The location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and museums. They also have a coffee shop in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when in Memphis!"

"Staff were very polite, however I was unaware we booked a hotel right next to a interstate and truck stop so it was very noisy. They provided ear plugs but...The breakfast was good. However, the carpet and flooring were filthy - when I got in the shower the shower floor was dark from the dirt on my feet. That is one thing that really puts me off about any hotel. "
