"I travel all the time for work, and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When I got there, it’s like the room wasn’t even cleaned. I found a jellybean in the bed, the carpets were FILTHY, and the bathroom was disgusting. I found stray hairs everywhere. Even the lobby was unkept. I would’ve canceled on my stay, had it been refundable. I genuinely was disgusted to even walk on the floor in the hotel room 0 out of 10 do not recommend."

"We stayed in the fly fishing cabin. 2 adults, 2 teens. Had to pay 32 dollars per night extra for a rollaway bed. No soap or shampoo dispenser in shower, so be sure to pack yours. No coffee or tea in lobby. The Walburgerz Wild is not a wild menu, waitstaff said go to Boston for venison burgers. The 2 night stay was ok, but the property boasts ‘world class accommodations’ I don’t feel that is what we got. If you are an outdoor enthusiast you will enjoy the decor, but in my opinion it was ‘just a...

"Our room was very comfortable. It was nice and clean. The nightstands have built in electrical outlets for charging your phone overnight. The TV was larger than most hotels and was mounted on the wall, giving more space on the dresser, which was a nice touch. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, as well. We will definitely stay again on our next time traveling through West Memphis."

"I had a lovely stay at the River Inn. It is a beautiful property, well decorated with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and wonderful thoughtful amenities. This is now my go to hotel when in Memphis."

"The room was quite nice: In the bathroom the toilet was jammed in between the sink and the wall so that it was difficult to sit down, and when I did my leg touched the metal of the stand that held the sink. We had an expensive dinner in the restaurant - not the French restaurant but the other one. The creamed spinach was limp spinach in a milky soupy something. "this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"The rooftop bar was never open during our stay, which was disappointing. The room was big, though the bathroom opened right into the bed area with only a separation for the toilet/shower which made use of the sink area a disturbance if someone was already in bed. Low water pressure, but bearable. It is a historic building so lots of creaks and odd sounds especially at night. The lobby doors stay locked 24/7 and parking is valet only, which we suspected may be due to some security concerns...
