"On arrival sent to a damp room. Uninhabitable and given another three floors up .Still damp requiring a dehumidifier. This filled up after six hours resulting in both occupants getting bronchitis in the morning. After further complaint we were given a suite for the remainder of the stay .Many staff were interns and had NO idea and the lack of training was evident for many were as headless chickens falling over one another with no seeming purpose or professionalism . "

"The rooms were clean and the amenities were good. The rooms were in good condition and spacious and the AC worked well, which is good in the warm and humid Philippines. The breakfast buffet? Yum!! Many choices with a wide variety tastes...from Filipino, to Japanese, to American with a very spacious dining area. Would I stay there again? Definitely!! The higher floors are better since it is in the city with the usual Philippine traffic/noise!"

"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."

"quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half"

" Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down. On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and...
