Le personnel était très serviable et bienveillant avec de gentilles attentions comme par exemple les petits déjeuners en chambre offert et 2 bouteilles de vins mousseux de la régions offerts spécialement pour notre anniversaire de mariage. You will be asked a time for eating breakfast, I recommend being on time as the meal is prepared to be ready for eating at the time you specify. Lunch was always prepared to order and delicious. "The Grand Hotel Telese looks the part. An old grande dame of a hotel with lovely entrance and great hall. It was good for kids, lovely pool and the receptionist was warm and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean. Dinner let it down badly. There's only one place to eat on site, and no one was around to take our order, despite having booked a time and it being quiet.
