"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. The courtyard was a million dollar view and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine there. Lucretzia also helped making reservations at a delightful restaurant that evening. The room was charming and very clean. We had a very relaxing stress free experience here and would definitely come back!"

"Ilenia, the owner was excellent and even picked us up from the train station with her son Paolo. Our booking had apparently been cancelled by Expedia/ Hotels.com but she gave us a fantastic room and recommendation for dinner. Breakfast was delicious and it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views. Trevi 5/5 stars but booking was huge let down. We await to see if we get our money back."

It has a great restaurant for all meals, breakfast cold buffet selection is very high quality. Pastries are exceptional, bread options could be better."

"Quiet countryside property. The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated. A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns. You definitely need a car to stay here."

"One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed - hotel is an old palace and the whole place is so unique. Only thing was it was a bit challenging to find the ‘front desk’ to check in (not the typical counter you expect to see at a hotel) so took us a little bit to check in etc but was such a lovely place to stay"
