"In general hotel out of date. No central heating. Electric heaters in the room. In a bath in 2 taps hot water - no cold 🙄😀There was at least 3 inches of dirt on the window ledges on the stars. Breakfast mini portions and one glass of juice. Max 1 star hotel. 1 star for clean room. Never again. "

"Good location,spacious ckean modern room. Helpful staff on check in. Unfortunately i stopped in room 111 house 1, the window wouldnt close securley. Large window was left open when i arrived in my designated room. I reported to the check in desk. No sleep from the outside noise and also fire alarm going off at 3am. "

"The bathroom was lovely and great toilet paper quality and towels, nice toiletries too. Nice tea tray and bed was comfy. However there was a gaping hole filled with cobwebbed pipes and the view out of the window was over bins. The room was cold but a portable heater was provided and sufficient. "We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."

"Arriving late in the evening the foyer was a somewhat daunting experience. It gave the impression that there could be various dubious activity going on in a number of rooms. The noise was loud all night. We didn’t get a key to our room. Big gap in door frame and we felt unsafe. Would never stay again "
