"Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended."

"So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. "We have stayed here many times and generally it’s been very good, however on this occasion things were not on song, our first night the room was very noisy as a function was taking place and loud disco music until 1am, please avoid room 106. I did voice my complaint and reception staff moved us to a different room much better nights sleep second night. Reference to room 106, bed not comfortable and very low, bathroom was cold towel rail not heating up and loo seat falls down as won’t stay up....
