Kahler Grand Hotel
Fast ride from the airport in Rochester. The staff is outstanding. Lord Essex restaurant has great food. The interior of the hotel is however dated, but hotel and rooms are clean. Closest place to Mayo Clinics, just walk downstairs or take elevator to LL.

AmericInn by Wyndham Rochester Near Mayo Clinic
room was very clean, bedding very comfy, slept well, it was quiet and relaxing. Adjoining restaurant had delicious food and great service. Complimentary breakfast was a basic, adequate menu, and each selection was done very well, way above the quality of other hotel/motels.
