Woodcliff Hotel and Spa
We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

The room said it had a microwave but there was no microwave. The refrigerator was barely cold, no way of adjusting it. There were only 2 towels despite the room able to hold 4 people. Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
Upon entering the Reception area, the rug in front of the reception desk was visibly dirty. Also the door handle to my room had white dust on it. The property needs an uplift.
