We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.

The room was good. The shower surround needed a good scub, very curious as to why that isn't done everytime a guest checks out. Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
The hotel cancelled my reservation for 5 room 1 hour before I arrived, then sold the rooms. I had to scramble to find housing for 10 people. I will never use this hotel again.

Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites
The staff and breakfast was great. The room had a smell that in the past it might have been a smoking room. I would recommend this property to a friend.
