"Everything at Hotel Pibi Boreal was beautiful! A small neighborhood hotel at the end of the road the rooms overlook a beautiful jungle area. The owners were very welcoming and attentive with timely and courteous airport transfers - even at 4am. There was a minibar and in room coffee and I was even able to a get a warm sandwich since my travels meant I missed lunch. With nice clean bedding and a wonderful balcony it was a beautiful stopover at the end of a wonderful week. "

"Our room was super clean , had everything we needed like towels, blankets and pillows. The staff were very kind and welcoming. They also helped us with ordering our taxi. The breakfast was delicious as well! The property is close to airport, also walking distance to local super markets, pharmacies and food. I definitely recommend staying here. "

"Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing "

"There are not enough positive words that I can say about Eden Atenas. From the moment we checked in, it was paradise. Inid (not sure the spelling) and Lucy, the chihuahua, greeted us graciously and were a pleasure. The grounds are amazingly beautiful with a very large variety of plants and trees. The birds were plentiful and gorgeous. We staying in the suite in the back and it was perfect. Would love to visit again in the future. "
