"Staff members were very helpful in answering questions. Parking was convenient at the location site. The only thing that I found was some issues was breakfast running out of syrup for the pancakes and keeping the tables clean at all times."

"Stayed here twice during our holiday in Orlando. Very nice hotel. Checking in was very easy and quick. Bags dropped off with bell services and we were soon off to the parks. Great that fast passes are included with the hotel room. Can catch the water taxi or walk, we did both throughout our stays at the hotel. Club level room gave excellent services and breakfast, extra snacks and drinks made it worthwhile. Would definitely stay here again."
