"STAY AWAY! Shady business and disgusting conditions.
This place is an absolute dump and a total scam. Upon arrival, they refused to honor my booking unless I paid a $300 CASH deposit. They wouldn't take a standard credit card hold, which is incredibly suspicious and feels like a total shakedown.
As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're hit with a foul, stagnant smell that tells you everything you need to know about their hygiene standards. While I was dealing with the rude staff at the front...

"The 4-star rating at Union Hotel is a joke and does not reflect reality. Do not book here.
We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after a delayed flight with a reservation confirmed over a month in advance. Despite this, the front desk told us no room was prepared. We were forced to wait in the lobby while they hastily cleaned a room that had only just become vacant. Being told at 2:00 a.m. that a confirmed booking isn't ready is a total failure of their system.
The rest of the stay was equally substandard....

"The hotel was just ok. The rooms are in need of an update. The room we were in had a smell of an old smoking room that was converted to a non smoking room and the odor was disguised by an air freshener. You have to pay extra to upgrade your breakfast, otherwise it's a continental breakfast with not much choice. "
