"The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. "

Special notice to the young girl at the Che n in Alejandra who is so attentive and friendly! The waiters at the restaurant/bar are also great! "When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. "

"Easy to get to and staff were nice, but very run-down and grimey feeling. The room was cold feeling with no carpet and an awkward layout along with gross stains on the bed skirt and bathroom area. Our room Did not look like the pictures"

"I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it ....

"The room was clean and we also used the gym. My husband took advantage of the complimentary day pass at 24hr fitness and he said it was nice to have that option. We also enjoyed the valet, they were prompt and easy to request our car right away via text. They were also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay overall "

"Writing Great stay at this hotel! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. One of the best parts of the location is how many great restaurants are within a short walk — all within about 5 blocks. We had so many options including Italian, Indian, Colombian, and even a Brazilian steakhouse nearby. It made dinner plans easy every night. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy having lots of food choices close by. Would absolutely stay here again!"
