"Number of eating places was very limited. The signature hamburger was very good although the breakfast was mediocre for the price of $25 per parson. Room was large and renovated, but bathroom was old and supply of amenity was limited."

"This hotel is totally worn out and way overpriced for the quality. The rooms felt dirty, bathroom floor was discussing toilet was so loose when you sat on it it rocked at least 1.5”. Wallpaper & paint pealing off the walls, windows were filthy, housekeeping never came to room on 3 night stay, ha to go to front desk to get towels, (they said were short on towels) toilet paper, and coffee had to empty our trash in the hallway can. Inside and outside concrete & tiles cracked everywhere. Felt unsafe...

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"The room was clean and spacious, it was a little loud but that is probably because the building seems to be an old factory but it’s ok it gives it character. Overall very nice hotel and great stay would definitely come back."

"For a budget motel we were amazed at this one. The room was large, clean, newly renovated and quiet. Staff and checkin/out was easy and the limited continental breakfast welcome in the morning. Landscaping was neat and pretty. If you're looking for an inexpensive motel in the area I would recommend Ardsley Acres.."

"I booked a room with three separate beds for three senior citizen men. The room was not provided, only room available was a King and fold out coach. They did provide a fold out bed. This was unacceptable and we asked for a second room and was told that they were completely sold out. The empty garage and sparse crowd at breakfast the next day makes me question that."

"Everything was fine with the room and other amenities, except now you pay $10 a day to park in a large lot and their cloths dryers stink, I ran one for 3 50 minute cycles for $4.50 and the cloths were still damp"

"Ample parking, pleasant staff, close to shopping and food (all types). Rooms immaculate. Neighborhood nice. Close to major highways & public transportation. Private setting, quiet nights and much nature all around."

"Horrible not a garbage pail in the room not one cup in the room nothing dirty by nightstand just awful. I was pissed off. I would never return back to that hotel again. It was never like that."

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."
