"The phone in the room rang twice throughout the night before I just left it off the hook. Hair was in the shower. The indoor pool area was freezing and the painted floor was chipping and got all over you. Not to anyone’s fault but the fire alarm did also go off at 6:30am so that was three times I was woken up while staying in this hotel. "

"Great little motel in a great area. AC system can be a bit loud, but not loud enough to keep you up all night. Restroom and room were clean. Towels were fresh. Everything worked as should be."

That said, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement. In particular, the areas around the outside of the showers and the floors didn’t feel as clean as expected. With a bit more attention to those details, this would be a much stronger overall experience."

"I stay here regularly and the staff is very friendly and supportive. The garage can be challenging as spaces close to the entrance are rarely ever available. The room is always clean. The rooms are a bit dated but for short stays they are fine. Breakfast is well managed and hotel location is very convenient if you need to take the train into NYC. "
