"I believe our room was in the middle of a Reno. We had a chair moved in place for a night stand. When we got there to check in it took 20 Min. I’m not sure if they were cleaning our room or wha the problem was it was almost midnight we just wanted to sleep. The room looked like a rookie tried to be a carpenter. It was ok at best "

"Just a stopover on a road trip, but fun smiling staff, walking into a spotless pristine room with actual hot water in the shower was an added bonus. Discounts for breakfast at shonys next door too!!"

"Parking was easy. Rooms were clean for the age of the property. Shower was not in the best working condition and bed was old and hard. Overall if you are looking for a cheap safe place to stay it's a 3/5"

"This was my first stay there. It was good but the parking deck was a little dirty and some cars seemed to make their own parking spots by parking in areas that were not actual parking spots. But the casino/hotel it self was really nice and clean. I would and will go back."

"Breakfast was delicious and lots of varieties. The lady that worked the desk was very polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and had different options for pillows. Great stay and would highly recommend. "

"It was okay. The only con was the sheets were stained with something. I think they may have been cleaned but they kept reusing the same sheets even though they have stains. They need to get rid of them at this point. "

"My experience at this Motel 6 was very disappointing. The staff was polite and did their job, so I appreciate that, but the condition of the room was not acceptable. The bed sheets did not look clean, which immediately made the room feel uncomfortable. Not long after being in the bed, my skin started itching really badly, which made me question the cleanliness of the bedding even more. "This place is neat and comfortable. Everything was excellent. The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is how the office smells. The smell is so strong as soon as you walk in but apart from that, the environment, room, and services were amazing! "

"I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay!"
