The aircon in that room was out of order since 2023!! Got a change of rooms but again toilet and bathroom was dirty. Horrible smell in the room. But atleast had new sheets. Had to stay because there were not many options available in Rockhampton."

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Double glazing meant nearby roads did not disturb. Secure undercover parking. Very convenient to lovely riverfront, main street and eateries. Well appointed apartment with a nice little pool in the complex. Highly recommended !"

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The aircon worked well. A somewhat leaky tap was reported to the management. All was fine. We had no pets but we were greated by a few very lovely and friendly examples of pets who were absolutely no problem. An easy pleasant experience which I would repeat."
