"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"The hotel is located in Downtown Connecticut they don’t have free parking, I did my check in they didn’t splaying about the Parking. When I come back to the hotel they don’t have spot for park my car that is terrible how I going to stay in the hotel. The staff don’t have solutions for this, adicional the key is no working for my room the bathroom is not clean properly and the sheets in one bed is was with one mark. I am not recommending this hotel."

La salle de bain avec un trou dans le mur, tache imprégnée sur le petit lavabo sans espace comptoir.. un siège handicapé qui prenais de la place dans la salle de bain.. on avait couché dans un Holiday Inn Express la veille et c’était vraiment excellent.. même le prix était moins cher dans la chambre plus grande et plus propre !!! C’est bien noté, on ne retourneras pas et ne recommandera pas cet hôtel cher et pas propre à Richmond !!!"

"My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"I mentioned to the Avon Old Farm Hotel staff that I was very disappointed with the many malfunctions, including: the desk phone had no power, the TV wasn't connected, so Netflix wasn't available. They charge me more than what was expected in my itinerary sum total was suppose to be $239. Not $280. They need to reimburse all of my payments."
