"The room was clean. The parking was terrible. Had to park next-door at the other hotel in the back breakfast was fine. Didn’t use it not so much helpful because our room was hot. They didn’t wanna offer me a discount. All they could do was give me another fan, which didn’t help because it was hot in the room."

"It was okay. Didn’t see bugs, but there were stains on some towels and pillowcases. Black mold stains on the shower. Rusted furniture. The beds were ok and it was ok. I was woken up 2 nights in a row around 3 am by some homeless guy walking around and talk outside the rooms."

"Room not very clean, ants in the aircondition control box. The front desk lady came and sprayed around that area. At that time I didn't realize we had no soap,shower gel or kleenex. Small coffee pot dusty. Next day gone most of the day. Returned to no towels, the room wasn't touched. I called the front desk the same lady said they only had one housekeeper. She brought us towels. We bought our own soap. Next day nothing done no clean towels. The check out day a different lady ask how was...

Great view. Across one street from a working marina on the bay and within easy walking distance from a fishing pier. Helpful , friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet for a family oriented inn. All the rooms face the pool. The facility is "U" shaped and oriented to the southeast so keep that in mind if you don't like morning sunshine.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Small refrigerator with freezer. Microwave. One cup coffee maker (not a Keurig). Dinnerware including plates, cups, and flatware."
