"Dirty towels left in shower. Gross"

"The lock on my door didn’t work. I was never able to independently get into my room. It took six trips to the front desk for a 4 night stay. Maintenance was supposed to fix it the first night, but no one ever did. It was super frustrating to have to go to my room (3rd floor), try the key, and go back to the front desk and have them come up to unlock the door. "

"It was a good stay. Loved the coffee and cleanliness. Wish I could've used the fitness room, but everything we did in the day was exhausting afterwards. The toiletries offered was best, Dove is a good product. The beds and pillows were most comfortable. I slept well. "

"The room condition was good - the next door room was the electric room and the transformer buzz was not good. Also the WiFi was not compatible with access to the Internet though we could access the router and modem."

"Roaches in the bathroom, on the walls, on the bed, everywhere! Carpet had been sprayed with some type of solution that made the entire place smell like cleaning solution and carpeted area was wet from it. Overall I would not recommend this place at all to my enemy let alone friends and family. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!"

"Staff was terrible, no customer service at all… when getting them off their AirPods to ask a question, they look annoyed to assist. Shower had no pressure the entire week we stayed. Avoid this hotel at all costs. "

"Reservation was do a king room. They put us in a two queen room. Hair dryer did not work, went to front desk and was told they did not have a spare as they just replaced 6 already. We had to purchase a hair dryer. Other than those two issues, the rest of the stay was bearable. "

"Staff was amazing, room and things were very clean and nicely set up. Only a few things I could complaint about is that you can tell it was a remodel, Shower head was broken, gym equipment was a little well used and the breakfast was subpar with very limited options. Other than those things, solid overall experience. 4.5 stars for the money."

"Room was amazingly clean, staff at checkin was great and gave information about the hotel and lobby was clean and very well set up. Would recommend and would stay again when in the area!"
