"Arrowtown house boutique accommodation says it all, from the moment we stepped into our warm, cosy well equipped room we were in utter comfort. So many lovely touches that were included such as local wine, choc coated coffee beans, homemade brownies & nectarine cake available for afternoon tea. The bathroom was heated and well equipped with large bottles of soaps, shamppos lotions. Earplugs and eye masks for sound sleep. The breakfast which was served in a beautiful breakfast room again was warm...

"Good clean rooms. Check-in lady was very helpful. Parking was a free for all with several patrons taking over two spaces which meant getting luggage into our room was difficult. Shower curtain was a let down as water still went all over the bathroom floor, no space to put toiletries on the bathroom sink and no where to wash up used dishes etc (we did in the small bathroom sink) Small fridge with no temp control meant items were frozen in the morning. Overall a nice property and the comments...

"Received an upgrade from an Executive Studio to a 2 bedroom apartment with Mountain views. Much appreciated! It’s a fairly new building so everything is in great working order. It’s close to restaurants, shops and only a 20min walk to the airport. There are dedicated parking spaces in front of the building but be early to grab one of these. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Excellent accommodation option in Queenstown. Many options to chose from depending on the number of people and choice. We rented the standard Mountain View studio which can easily accommodate 4 people. It is very clean and fully contained with your own kitchen and bathroom. Towels and linens are clean too. Own parking is just outside the door. Many sports and leisure actvities for kids. Just 5 minutes to Arrowtown village and 20 minutes to and from the airport and Queenstown city centre. Staff...

"Pulling up to this estate feels like you are in a movie! The building and rooms are so gorgeous and well maintained, we felt like royalty! Especially the breakfast, it was incredible and the best included breakfast of any hotel I have been to! "

"Parking was free via a ticket from the motel. The carpark was gravel which made moving the heavy cases difficult. Our room was at the very end of the ground floor so it was a fair hike to get there, this could have been problematic if there had been any mobility issues The room itself although starting to show its age was good Staff were excellent and it was novel to have a bowling alley as part of the complex. A great hotel across the road for meals."

"Disappointed with our stay and won’t stay again. Room felt grubby & shabby. Basic cleaning hadn’t be done -sticky drink rings on bedside cabinet, poorly vacuumed floor, dirty cushions & grubby bathroom. Check in staff not friendly or welcoming.Requested king bed but got two single beds.No remote for Tv had to request one."

"Carpet very dirty and found old socks left under the chair. Walls dirty and marked and the bedside table lamps were all stained. It was good having a washing machine and dryer and it was very handy to the bus to get into the city centre. Kitchen area was good."
