"visibility and accessibility, I use a cane and they offered us a ground floor room and even helped me move the luggage cart thru the doors to our room. Perhaps a little under prepared in the kitchen as the line up was long and the toaster slow (maybe not sufficient wiring for the situation). Good breakfast though! They were full or almost but seemed to be handling it well. Staff amiable! DS"

"It was a quick two night stay; part of a larger trip. After reading several bad reviews, I was a little concerned. I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very comfortable. Nice table with two chairs. Nice little counter/bar areas with a refrigerator. Comfortable beds and pillows. I read one review that mentioned the bathrooms being small and the showers tiny and plastic. Not the case. The bathroom was an average size and very clean/nice. A few other bad reviews complained about not having a television or wifi. This is true, but you’re in Yellowstone!! Enjoy the peace quiet and the company or your friends/family. The ice and vending machines are very conveniently located. Dining is limited, but not bad! We are at the fancy dining room one night and the lakeside restaurant the other night. Both were pretty good. You do have to make reservations at the fancy place. I think the only complaint I have is that the walls were thin. We were downstairs and our upstairs neighbor was very heavy footed. "
