"This is a joke my team waited for the room till 9pm chek in was at 3pm they got there at 7 from long drive and had to wait 2 hours so they can have the room ready for them i want a full refund or a free stay at any of my choice this unacceptable"

"The property is spectacular. We stayed in a glamping tent and loved it! Stunning views. The blanket was exceptionally warm. The only complaint would be the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the food was average (except for breakfast- it was great!)
