"Front desk not welcoming. Room had no microwave, no clock, the phone did not work. Our room was on the 5th floor farthest away from front desk. No luggage trolly in the building, we schlepped our luggage quite a distance. Could not bring our cooler to the room as a result. No working ice machine on our floor. Toilet would not flush properly... disposed toilet paper to waste basket instead. My end table was sticky. Fridge barely cool. Except for that...the breakfast was good as was the...

The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. "This was a good hotel. It was clean,the beds were comfortable and the temperature control was great. Often times in hotels we spend the evenings trying to adjust the temperature since it seems to fluctuate between too cool and uncomfortably warm no matter what the themostate is set on. This wasn't a problem here. the temperature stayed where we set it the whole 4 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the ones at the desk to the ones cleaning the rooms. "The fold out bed was quite possibly the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. It was pure springs covered by fabric. The room looked visibly clean, but the carpet desperately needed vacuuming. We also found a good amount of ants crawling around the carpet as well."

My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel.
