"Overall I had a good stay. However, I was feeling ill around 11pm and asked the front desk if they had any advil or other headache medicine. I was told that there was none at the hotel and was directed to a convenience store several blocks away. I was feeling pretty bad, so I went looking for the store but didn’t find it. There has to be a better solution for these types of situations than sending guests to wander the streets close to midnight in an unfamiliar city."

The property felt outdated and in need of significant updates. The biggest issue was finding bugs in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. While the service and location was great, the condition of the hotel did not meet expectations and would make me hesitant to stay here again."

However, the new room had mold at the corner of the shower booth as the water was dripping constantly from the shower head and one of the nightstand's light wasn't working. "Likes: Charming, quaint and personal. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for historic district, dining and city center, all within walking distance. Area felt safe at all times. Dislikes: No parking, and city parking is expensive although convenient."
