"Very friendly man at reception. He obviously cares about his guests, and does what he can to help them enjoy their time in Civitavecchia, such as offering a shuttle service to the cruise terminal, or recommending places to eat.
Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean, and quiet. Beds are on the harder side (which I prefer), so I had a perfect night’s sleep."

"The room was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm, bathroom was large and well equipped.
The staff was very welcoming and they assisted with storing luggage and getting a taxi.
We did not take in breakfast on site.
My only complaint is that there were hairs in the bathroom and on the beds that we not ours."
"The lobby and outer area of the hotel is well looked after. The rooms are basic and need a refresh. Bed was hard. Breakfast buffet was fifteen Euros. Basic. Location is located very close to a variety of restaurants. View from the bar is great."
"Rooms were recently updated and that was a big plus. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions due to its proximity to the airport, but the upgraded room decor was a nice plus. Well done!"
