"So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier) The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away. The place itself….a complete let down. The two things we absolutely wanted were kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes we had them, except, washer did not work, couldn’t get the latch to close - called...

"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"Place was clean, but the floors have a residue that makes any thing that touches it black. Room was way to Brite, black outs did not work well. Great location and communication was very good. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. "This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. "The location was excellent and so close to Kings Cross. Room was spacious and had good ammenities and was clean. Very happy as was an easy process."

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."
