1/5 - Terrible
Moved away because the area had become unsafe too many pubs and clubs. I only had to stay overnight thank goodness as I had traveled a long way to attend a funeral

A great check in, where we also received a free upgrade and a drink each at the hotel bar. Lovely staff and a great welcome. We had a great king size bed and the rooms were nice.

Third time at the Zedwell and it is feeling like my London home away from home. Have gotten used to no windows and minimal decor. The one at Piccadilly is located near everything. It also is the best priced.

Friendly staff and quiet room. Staff was more than kind and helpful about the good places to eat and see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is just outside of London’s city center so this is a great place to avoid the hustle and bustle of tourists. It is also a modern spot with numerous restaurants ...

We were very happy during our 4 night stay. Located near a railway track, the noise didn’t bother us. Rooms very clean and the staff were lovely during check-in and the duration of our stay. Nice are and a 5 minute walk from Tower Bridge. Highly recommended.

Reccommend it as a modest basic clean place to stay with friendly staff
Our room was facing the main road which made it quite noisy
It’s clean, convenient and a reasonable price for where it is. Not the most comfortable of beds, but if you want luxury you need to pay more elsewhere.
