"The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Barat, and thought it was good value for money. We stayed in a family room, it was clean and comfortable apart from a few ants running around. It was great to have a pool, but the pool needs a bit of maintenance as there are tiles coming off and the sides look like they could do with a clean. "The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"
