"Thank you so much for the friendly owner. Thank you so much for willing to upgrade me from Garden View room to Beach View room. Thank you so much! By the way, the room condition still can be improved a bit, but I know what I paid and what I will get so for the person booked this resort and don't demand a lot on the room condition and cleanliness. Others than that and everything are very good and I satisfied on my 3 nights stayed there. "

"The staff was friendly, the only disappointment is that Expedia itself gave double booking. But I'm Malaysian and I wasn't bothered since Tamara got us another room pronto. I love the location, will definitely come back."
