"Amazing stat from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, so easy to get to and central to bus and train connections. The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly receptionists - they even gave us a list of recommended hotels for dinner that night based on what we fancied. The rooms were so lovely though sound from corridors from others' conversations were quite loud but didn't bother us too much as it stopped pretty quickly. The beds were noisy/squeaky but super comfy...

"This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend."

"Basic no frills room. Clean and a decent size room. Didn't have breakfast to comment on. Staff were friendly and helpful. The funicular is a 20/25 minutes walk away to access the upper town. Lower town is about a 10 minutes walk away. "

" The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip...

"Hotel em pleno centro de Bergamo, entre a estação e a cidade alta. Quartos renovados, espaçoso, confortáveis e limpos. Funcionários simpáticos sem serem intrusivos, pequeno almoço excelente, com funcionários sempre prontos a ajudar e a repor rapidamente todos os produtos. Paragem de autocarro para o aeroporto em frente ao hotel."

"colazione ok, varia un unica cosa, forse per gusto personale, il caffe americano nelle brocche... decismente sgradevole, denso. l'americano è un caffe lungo, poco gradito agli italiani abituati all'espresso ma chi lo gradisce vorrebbe UN AMERICANO e non qualcosa che sembri caffe turco, denso e poco gradevole. Puo essere ovviamente solo un parere personale. per il retso tutto ok."
