"I’m not a seasoned traveller. On arrival the staff were very helpful. Helped me with logging on to WiFi, showed me to my room. Very clean room, serviced daily with milk top up and coffee/teas, clean towels and made bed.
The Appartments are close to a supermarket/chemist, restaurants and a bus stop is on the doorstep. Walking is relatively flat into Newtown shopping centre."

"Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine"

"The property is tired. The carpets have stains, the decor is patched, and the rooms, and particularly the bathrooms, are basic. I was surprised to see the “earthquake prone building” notice behind reception and attached to the outside of the building. This building has been assessed at only 15% of the NBS and therefore earthquake prone. Now that I know this, I won’t be staying here again."
