"The room was ok. The sheets and towels were clean. The room didn’t have trash can in it. There also wasn’t a closet so we had to keep our belongings in the suitcase. "My husband and I came to NYC for a concert and found the hotel clean and modern. We liked the cafe down stairs for quick bites and drinks. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were all kind!
The only downsides were the shower not getting hot, just warm. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and one on the bed but just one strand so we did not call down about it. We did not report the water temp because it wasn't simply cold.

"When we arrived with all our baggage no one held the door no one helped. No me not another couple.
When we got to our floor, it was humid and hot. Our room was humid and wet. When we arrived in the room the A/C was on 60 and room was still very hot. I checked the filters and they were caked in dust and filth. I booked for 8 nights, we left in 1.
Great location. Outside is very telling. All the conditioning units are caked in brown.
I saved $1000 moving to another hotel nearby."
