"The garbage disposal in our room didn't work, so our sink would flood with backed up water and rotten food. Also, the pool and hot tub were under maintenance, which we were not aware of prior to check-in. Also, the staff working at the front desk weren't the nicest."

"Check in can be slightly confusing however you get the hang of it quickly. It was close to many amenities, a train away or a longer walk. The loft was cleaning than most however there was still dust and some crumbs left behind.
Over all we were pleased with our stay even though very pricey for 3 nights"

"We are moving to IL and I wanted to give my kids a taste of the city. However, we also needed a home base for everyone to spread out. This place was perfect. The aparthotel had everything we needed as far as amenities. It was quiet and safe. It was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. We highly recommend Kasa."

"This was a wonderful stay here in Chicago. It was very clean inside the apartment and had nice amenities. The apartment is located in a very convenient location and walkable to a lot of things. We would definitely stay here again!"
