"Front desk personnel was not helpful. They cared less about our situation. We asked them about a cab to the cruise port and they said use Lyft or Uber. We don’t use either as we aren’t members of either. My wife walks with a cane and he put us in the farthest part of the hotel. She could barely walk after a day on an airplane. Once in the room, the bed was 33” high, so she couldn’t make it up the bed and I could barely. She slept on the sofa. We will be writing to Holiday Inn Corporate about the mediocre service."

"It's close to the airport. Was given a disabled room for some reason. Not disabled at all, although was inconvenienced by having to used a disabled toilet while not being disabled, so that was annoying. It's "affordable"."

"The resident inn (RI) is very convenient for close to airport, cruise ports if you have a trip planned. The only trick when you’re requesting a shuttle service from airport to hotel you have to look for the third party contracts that you will miss many times if you look for the RI shuttle you see in the hotel."
