"One of the worst facilities we have ever stayed at! Filthy hallways leading to our crappy, smelly room. Carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet! Actually put my shoes on in the bathroom after showering to keep from walking on the dreadful carpet. Interestingly enough, I checked the ratings (8.4 excellent) before booking…who is submitting these ratings??"

"Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"Beach view was amazing! We stayed in a double queen split and it was everything we needed! It's not a expensive place and we didn't want overly fancy and it was perfect. Could have gone without the Karen's who were staying there complaining about some of the guests around us smoking the occasional adult products. "When I arrived at the hotel, the staff wasn't very friendly. They just did their job; there was no warmth or friendliness, just a simple "hi" and they focused on their computers. No welcome with a smile, nothing. They just did their job, gave me my key, and that was it."

"The room was clean. There was some cracking dry wall or maybe the drywall tape was coming off I'm not sure. We also were on the top floor, so might have cause that. Not a big deal. Didn't affect our stay. I have 2 main complaints. One being the housekeeping issue. You're on the beach. There's going to be so much sand, yet housekeeping will only come by and clean I think on the 3rd day? Or maybe that's when you can get towels without asking? A full clean on the 4th day. "Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full. "

"This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. "
