"We booked a two night stay for my son’s tournament and when we got there, the tournament director told us we were at a different location 30–40 minutes away. We explain this to the staff and said Expedia would allow a refund if the hotel approved it. The staff said there shouldn’t be any problem because we didn’t stay there and never even use the room. They said I would just have to clear it with the manager, Vinny Patel. The staff left multiple messages with Vinny and I called back at least...

The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early. If I had to do it again I’d spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else."

"They don’t clean their rooms. You can extend a stay and pay for it but they’re going to was all your stuff up and throw it all together in a basket dirty or clean. The people who answer the phone for a reservation extension don’t give you any information and don’t speak English too well."

"Overall nice room but no Hot water from the sink + it was leaking behind the fixture. Very small fridge as well with a freezer thar had enough space to fit maybe 1-2 bottles of water. If you're traveling like me with a cooler, no room to cool larger ice packs overnight, you can fit a couple smaller though. No benches outside directly in carport and entrance. I walked outside to wait for an Uber, no place to sit with luggage so back inside to the lobby I went."
