"I got a room specifically for the large bathtub with water jets. The tub was dirty with stains (ring around the tub) and the water jets barely worked. The room above me had children that were stomping and running. I waited until 10 pm and called the front desk about the noise. The noise stopped for an hour and started back up. "The room was clean. But the bathtub looked like it really could use a refresh. Also there was a mystery stain on the carpet. And the hard floors near the sink and bathroom were not wet but felt kind of oily and slippery so I did not walk on them without shoes... And the sheets had holes in them like cigarette burns... But I was in a non smoking room. Just not as good as it's been in the past. Kinda disappointed because I liked this hotel, but I think their standards are slipping."

The room was very humid, there wasn’t always someone at the front desk depending on the time, and we even got a call before checkout asking if we were leaving early.
