"This hotel is very ran down. It needs a good remodeling. Tile is comming off or loose in the bathroom. The rooms were fairly clean but it just felt yucky since everything was very worn."

"They don’t clean their rooms. You can extend a stay and pay for it but they’re going to was all your stuff up and throw it all together in a basket dirty or clean. The people who answer the phone for a reservation extension don’t give you any information and don’t speak English too well."

"We were in town for a conference and the hotel was horrendous! The carpet was literally wrinkled, waiting for someone to trip...not to mention several large dark stains. The guest counter was encased in bullet proof glass. The elevators smelled fowl and looked like it missed several inspections. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and shelves were uneven. The bath tub had a roach on it, not to mention black mold in the corners of the shower wall. Speaking of bathroom...the faucet on the sink...

"The room was very smelly, there was hair and dirt like it hadn't been cleaned properly, as well as half of a cockroach in the hot tub water. They also charged my card (what I thought was an incidentals charge) for a night's stay (cheaper on site than on Expedia by the way) after I already paid through Expedia. Trying to contact them over this has been a nightmare. They wont call me, nor would they talk to Expedia. It is very frustrating."
