"Check-in was awful. I booked a room and arrived a bit later. I arrived to a completely shut down lobby and a phone for “24/7 service” that was broken. I used my cellphone to call the property and the individual that answered informed me that the check-in desk was closed and they had no reservations for tonight. "Hotel and room was very clean, however some attention is needed with tightening the handrails on the stairs and the toilet tank wasn’t tightened (but didn’t leak). It’s a very beautiful hotel.
