Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out."

"Excellent value. Clean, quiet, attentive staff, good heat/a/c unit that functioned perfectly, wonderful bed/bedding, shower - very comfortable in all the ways that matter to me. Dated wallpaper, very marginal lighting in the room. Some trouble with the wifi, but not sure if that was a hotel problem or a me problem. Very good price for a generally very trustworthy hotel night. Will stay again when coming through this way."

"Front desk is not overly friendly. Paint peeling from shower ceiling. Air condition rattles randomly. Breakfast and coffee were so so. When I called about noise, front desk was not compassionate but did take care of the problem. "

I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

"Milk offered at breakfast was sour and can you call that breakfast? They give you only cereal. Fruit loops. LOL. The creamer for the coffee inside the room was a solid pice of i don’t know what. Probably was there since the place was open."
