Was very helpful with transportation to and from cruise port, helped with a place for our vehicle for the week and was very responsive to any problem or concern! "We arrived for check-in and were greeted by the manager. She showed us the details of the room like the airco/heater. Our room was clean, beautiful, charming, and filled with antiques. It was like staying at a wealthy uncle and aunt's house. I thought a lot about the history of the house and wondered who might have been to parties there a hundred years ago. The neighborhood was quiet, and pretty close to the Strand and the beach. We'd definitely stay there again. "

"The staff was great and very knowledgeable about Galveston. The room was clean and tidy. They were repainting near our room, but Liz let us know we could change rooms if it became an issue, which was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."
