When I checked in I found that the fridge wasn’t working, there were no robes provided, if you wanted hot water in the shower or sink you would have to run the water for at least 5 min and the lighting was horrible. There was no makeup mirror and the brightest part of the room was the toilet, so if I wanted to read I would have to sit on the toilet. "I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"The room had a very bad smell when we entered. Floors are very dirty & walls, restrooms had pee stains on it. The pillow cases had yellow stains on it . One of the towels that I grabbed to used felt moist like it was used . I look at it and it had makeup stains all over it ."

"This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy"
