"I was very disappointed in my stay. When I checked in I found that the fridge wasn’t working, there were no robes provided, if you wanted hot water in the shower or sink you would have to run the water for at least 5 min and the lighting was horrible. There was no makeup mirror and the brightest part of the room was the toilet, so if I wanted to read I would have to sit on the toilet. "Lovely old historic mansion with a quiet atmosphere! No kids during our stay which was great as adults wanting to relax! Within 10 minute walking distance to the strand and it was a nice walk! Clean room and bathroom and the bedding was super soft! Breakfast was good! Aaron at check in was friendly and made us feel very welcome!! I would stay here again!"

"I was laying in the bed watching tv, when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling on my pillow. I jumped up and tried to kill it, but it got away. I immediately called the front desk to ask for a room change, but the front desk clerk advised that they were completely book. I advised that I wasn't staying in that room and they had to do something. He asked if I'd like someone to come to the room to try to get rid of it. I said yes. The guy came and at first we couldn't find the roach....

"Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff."

As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. My daughter's had to take turns throughout the night to get the loads washed and dried."
