"This time we stayed in the Cottage. It was a separate unit behind the main house. Easy to enter using the code I was emailed. The cottage was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a claw foot tub and a wraparound shower curtain. The room A/C was excellent. It was very comfortable all day and night. The ceiling fan was whisper quiet. The cottage included a kitchen area with a half-size refrigerator/freezer, counter top, cabinets, tableware, microwave, and a table....

"When I arrived at the hotel after paying for room they informed me that they had moved the booking to another of their properties that was 2 blocks away.... but when I told staff no I wanted to stay in this hotel they kept telling me it was an upgrade to a more Airbnb experience.. The queen bed room that I booked for 1 night for me and my bf was going to be moved to a 2 bedroom Airbnb. When I said if I could not get a room in the hotel than I wanted a refund they managed to find a queen room on...

"Room was very clean. Small kitchen is an extra. Decent breakfast that is included. Pet friendly hotel. Staff also very helpful when I needed help."

"Pool was extremely dirty.. needs a good cleaning, rooms were ok.. but there is no house keeping staff to get fresh towels or clean sheets. Plates were piled up along the pool edge for hours at lunch time each day. Hotel has potential, they are unfortunately a victim of being short staffed. Roof top bar and beach chairs are weekends only, which is not advertised."

The ample parking made it easy to access the seawall, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating, communicated clearly throughout my stay, and even went out of his way to share great restaurant recommendations and local things to do. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting the area."
