"The laundry facility was convenient. Note that the drying feature is not exactly drying. Would need to use the rack provided in the apartment to hand clothes overnight to dry. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was clean. Staff was very helpful."

As in any city, you will hear people out on the streets at all hours so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds or ask the hotel for some, they are very accommodating. That kind of noise is out of their control and they do their best to help. They did offer me earbuds but being from a city myself, I find the noise rather soothing. Anyone who complains knows nothing about cities and should find a country side hotel if that’s the vibe they...

"The rooms were on the small side but clean, modern, comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast had many options and the bar was nice after a long day exploring the city. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel de Baixa is centrally located and close everything you need or want to see while visiting Lisbon."
