"I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....

"We stayed here 3 nights and it was in the center of everything. We were able to walk from the hotel to the water, dinner, Alfama, the Santa Justa Lift, the train station (to get to Sintra) and more. If you need anything at all it’s steps away! The staff were friendly and they have a bar on site. The hotel itself is clean and they gave cute welcome snacks.
